cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts 2 lbs. halibut 1 cup olive oil
Directions

Put flour, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and salt in one bowl. Beat eggs with a little water in another bowl. Put Italian bread crumbs and nuts in another bowl. Rinse off the fish and dry. Then cut into 2 inch squares. Coat with the flour, dip in the egg and coat with bread crumbs and nuts. Heat pan of oil and cook fish in the pan for 5 minutes on each side. Or you can put a thin layer of olive oil in a baking dish and bake the fish for 5 minutes on each side.
