Banana Bread

This is from your mom Kris Pierce. I use this recipe from my Methodist Church cookbook whenever I feel like delicious homemade Banana Bread. It is the easiest and BEST.

Ingredients
preheat oven to 375 degrees

mashed bananas
1
egg
1
cup sugar
1/4
cup melted butter
1 1/2
cups flour
1
tsp baking soda
1
tsp baking powder
dash salt
nuts (optional) i use 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1.
Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees
2.
Can make muffins too. Bake only 20-25 minutes
