Ultimate Chicken Fingers

This deliciously tangy dinner treat is a favorite at my girlfriend's parents' place. Serve with blue cheese or ranch, whatever you want to cool down the spiciness.

Ingredients
3
boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/2-inch strips
2/3
cup baking mix
1/2
cup Parmesan cheese
1/2
tsp garlic salt
1/2
tsp pepper
3
tbls butter
1
egg
sauce
1 1/2
cups Frank's Hot Sauce
3
tbls butter
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.
Prepare your cookie sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
3.
Mix baking mix, cheese, salt and pepper in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag.
4.
Dip half the chicken into the egg and place in a bag.
5.
Shake the sealed bag to coat.
6.
Place the chicken on the cookie sheet.
7.
Repeat with the unused chicken.
8.
Lightly pour butter over the chicken.
9.
Bake 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through with a pancake turner, until no longer pink in the center.
