Cream the sugar and stork together till pale and fluffy (if you don’t have a mixer it can be done by hand no problem) then add the milk, eggs, cocoa and flour and mix till smooth and add the zest of two oranges.

Spoon into muffin cases and bake at 170 degrees c for 20-25 mins and allow to cool.

Top with butter cream (beat 250g of very soft unsalted butter till smooth and slowly add 500g icing sugar and 2 tsp of vanillas extract and beat until smooth and fluffy.

Flavour with zest and a little juice to taste and top the cool cupcakes – add a segment of Chocolate Orange to decorate.
