Place margarine, sugar, flour, baking powder and egg in the mixing bowl (if using cocoa powder – remove 2 tsp flour and replace with 2tsp cocoa powder)

Mix ingredients together. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Stir in additional ingredients gently.

Spoon mixture evenly between the 7 paper cases.

No licking fingers!!!

Bake for 12-15 minutes. Test: finger ‘spring-back’

Remove from oven. Cool on cooling rack. Store in an airtight container/ or freeze
