Buffalo Bites

Ingredients

lb Chicken
Flour
Milk
Bread Crumbs

tbsp Butter
9
tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce
3/2
tbsp Vinegar
3
tsp Cheyenne Pepper
Directions
1.
Cut chicken into desired sizes (nuggets or strips).
2.
Place a small bowl of milk, flour, and bread crumbs in an assembly line.
3.
Dip chicken into milk, then flour, then bread crumbs. Repeat.
4.
Pre-heat air fryer to 350 and cook chicken for about 5 minutes until done.
5.
Careful not to over crowd the fryer.
6.
Place cooked chicken in a large container with lid.
7.
Melt butter in sauce pan.
8.
Once butter is melted add hot sauce, vinegar, and Cheyenne pepper.
9.
Stir constantly until well mixed.
10.
Immediately pour over chicken.
11.
Cover container and shake until all chicken is well coated.
