Skillet Green Beans

Ingredients

tbsp EVOO

tsp red pepper flakes

lb fresh green beans
2
cloves garlic (minced)
1/2
tsp salt
2
tbsp water
Directions
1.
Preheat large cast iron skillet.
2.
Add oil and red pepper flakes.
3.
Cut ends of green beans off and add to skillet.
4.
Cook about 5 minutes,
5.
Add salt and garlic and stir for 30 sec.
6.
Add water, cover and let green beans steam.
