Place flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add hot water and oil. Mix with a spoon until it all comes together then knead a couple minutes till smooth. Divide into 8 balls for bigger tortillas or 16 small for child friendly ones.

Roll each ball out on a lightly floured surface till thin and almost see-through. Dry fry one at a time in a flat pan until bubbles begin to form, flip over for a few second then remove from the pan and place on a plate/dish and cover immediately with a lid until ready to eat. (Steam keeps them from going crisp). Repeat until all cooked. Fill with mince, chicken, salad or leftovers..
