Homemade Mayonnaise

So quick and nicer then bought varieties

Ingredients

eggs

tbsp lemon juice or brown vinegar
2
dessert spoons sugar
pinch of salt
Couple grinds of black pepper
1
medium size garlic clove (optional)
Herbs (optional)
1 1/2
cups vegetable or canola oil
Directions
1.
Place egg, lemon juice/vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic and herbs in a blender. Blend for a few seconds, then with motor running on low, add oil in a slow stream. You will see the Mayo turn white and thicken. Turn off the machine, bottle and refrigerate. Can easily halve the recipe for a smaller jar.
