I love to see a cherished family recipe that can withstand the test of time. This beef soup was so nice to have for dinner after a long and hard day of fifth grade right as the weather started to turn cold. Now, it holds a special place in my heart as one of the recipes that the family continued to love even after we stopped eating meat - and its just as good as before!
