Green Pancakes

Ingredients

cups rolled oats
2
handfulls spinach
1/2
tsp baking powder
2
ripe bananas
3
pitted medjool dates or 1 T maple syrup
1 1/2
cups non - dairy milk
Directions
1.
Blend the oats into flour first and pour in separate bowl
2.
Blend the milk, spinach, banana, and baking powder until smooth
3.
Cook in skillet over medium heat
4.
Wait for the bubbles around the outside of the pancake then flip
