That Yummy Favorite Corn Casserole

Nana made this for holidays. I re-discovered the recipe from my dear friend and colleague Cyndy Perkins. It quickly became a family favorite when you were kids. We still make it for holidays and it is so easy!

Ingredients

stick of butter, softened
1
cup of sour cream
1
can creamed corn
1
can whole kernel corn, drained
1
box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions
1.
Grease a 2 qt. baking dish (or 9"x13").
2.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pan.
3.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
4.
The casserole will begin to firm up and get brown around the edges. It shouldn't be dry but it shouldn't slosh either. A small deeper dish will give a softer consistency.
