Honey Lime Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients

cups shredded chicken
4
oz cream cheese
juice from 1 lime
1/4
cup honey
1
tsp chili powder
1/2
tsp cumin
1/2
tsp garlic powder
1/4
tsp salt
1
cup shredded cheese
1/4
cup chopped cilantro
20
small tortillas
2
tbsp butter
Creamy salsa verde dip
1
cup sour cream
1/3
cup green salsa
juice from 1 lime
1/3
cup chopped cilantro
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 425.

Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3.
Put cream cheese in a large bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.
4.
Mix in the honey, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
5.
Add in the chicken, cheese, and cilantro.
6.
Stir together until combined.
7.
Warm up tortillas to get them soft.
8.
Place about 2 T. of chicken mixture onto the tortilla and roll up tightly.
9.
Hold in place with toothpicks and place on cookie sheet.
10.
Lightly brush tops with butter.

Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
