Poppyseed Chicken

Ingredients
4
chicken breasts
1
can cream of chicken soup
1/4
cup water
1/2
cup sour cream
4
oz shredded monterey jack cheese
2
tsp poppyseeds
1/2
cup butter
1
roll of Ritz crackers
Directions
1.
Cook chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.
2.
Place in bottom of 9x13 glass pan.
3.
Mix 1/2 tsp. poppyseeds, soup, water, sour cream, and cheese together and pour over chicken.
4.
Mix crushed up crackers, butter, and remaining poppyseeds together and sprinkle mixture over chicken.
5.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
