Buffalo Chicken Bowls

Ingredients
2
cans corn
2
cans black beans
3
avocados
1
pt of cherry tomatoes, halved
4-6
chicken breasts
1
cup of your favorite buffalo sauce (I use Franks)
1
tbsp minced garlic
2
tbsp ranch dressing
Directions
1.
Cook chicken, garlic, and buffalo sauce in a slow cooker on high for 3 hours.
2.
Once cooked, shred and set aside.
3.
Drain and rinse corn and beans and put them in a bowl.
4.
Rinse half of cherry tomatoes and put them in the bowl as well.
5.
Dice avocados and add them to mix.
6.
Assemble bowls by adding veggie mixture, topping with chicken, and finishing them off with ranch dressing.
