Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
3-4
chicken breasts
1/2
cup honey
1/4
cup soy sauce
2
tbsp dried onion
2
tbsp ketchup
1
tbsp olive oil
1/2
tsp garlic powder
2
tsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 T. water
Sesame seeds
Directions
1.
Place chicken in crockpot.
2.
Combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, and garlic, and pour over chicken.
3.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
4.
Remove chicken from crockpot, leave sauce.
5.
Dissolve 2 tsp. cornstarch in 3 T. of water and pour into crockpot.
6.
Stir to combine with sauce.
7.
Replace lid and cook sauce on high for 10 minutes or until thickened.
8.
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and return to crockpot.
9.
Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
