Copycat Chick Fil A Nuggets

Ingredients

chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces and seasoned with salt and pepper

cup milk
1/4
cup dill pickle juice
1
egg
1 1/4
cups flour

tbsp powdered sugar

tsp salt

tsp pepper
1/2
cup vegetable oil.
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
1/2
cup plain greek yogurt
1 1/2
tbsp yellow mustard
1
tbsp dijon mustard
2
tbsp honey
Directions
1.
Whisk together egg, milk, and pickle juice, and pour into a large bowl.

Add chicken pieces and marinate in fridge for 4 hours.
3.
Combine flour, powdered sugar, salt and pepper and add to chicken bowl.
4.
Make sure the chicken is coated completely.
5.
Heat half of the oil in a large skillet over low heat.
6.
Test the oil by dropping in a bit of flour mixture (If it sizzles, the oil is ready. If it pops, lower the temperature).
7.
Gently place chicken into the oil with tongs.
8.
Cook chicken for 4 minutes or until one side is golden brown.
9.
Flip the chicken over and repeat.
10.
Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
11.
Stir together the honey mustard dipping sauce ingredients and serve with the chicken bites.
