Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

lb hamburger
1
roll of Ritz crackers
1
egg
1/2
chopped white onion
2 1/3
cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1
can cream of mushroom soup
2
beef bouillon cubes
Directions
1.
Combine hamburger, crackers, egg, onion, salt and pepper, and 1/3 C. milk in a bowl.
2.
Shape meat mixture into small balls and brown in frying pan on low heat.
3.
Add the rest of milk, cream of mushroom soup, and beef bouillon.
4.
Simmer gently for about 1 hour.
5.
Serve with a veggie and roasted potatoes.
