Seafood Chowder

A chowder perfect for any day using your choice of any fresh or thawed seafood!

Ingredients

lb seafood of your choice (if frozen thaw)
1
block of softened cream cheese
2
cups chicken broth
1
can rotel tomatoes
1
small can evaporated milk
1
small onion, chopped
2
tbsp of butter
1
tbsp lemon pepper
1
tbsp salt
1
tbsp pepper
Directions
1.
Melt butter in sauce pan and sauté onion in butter until partially cooked (about 2 minutes). Add seafood, lemon pepper and continue to sauté 2 more minutes. Add softened cream cheese and cook until cream cheese is melted. Add chicken broth, milk, salt and pepper and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Garnish with crumbled bacon and serve with oyster crackers.
