tsp Powder gelatin

tsp Salt

cup DF vanilla yogurt

cup Milk

tbsp Canola oil
1/4
tsp Almond extract
1
Egg
1
cup Raspberries
1
tbsp Brown rice flour
Directions
1.
preheat oven to 375f

Place muffin liners in tin
3.
Coat with cooking spray
4.
Combine flours, sugar, starches, soda, powder, gelatin, salt

Make well in mixture
6.
Combine yogurt, milk, extract, egg
7.
Add to dry ingredients
8.
Stirring just until moist
9.
Toss Raspberries & 1 tbsp brown rice flour
10.
Add to bowl
11.
Add batter to muffin tin
12.
Sprinkle 1 tsp on top
13.
Bake for 22 min
14.
Cool 10 min in pan
