Corn Bread

Ingredients

cup cornmeal

cup flour
1/4
cup sugar

tbsp baking powder
3/4
tsp salt
1
cup milk
1
egg
2
tbsp butter, softened
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400.

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
3.
Add milk, egg, and butter.
4.
Bake in shallow buttered pan for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
