tsp ground cumin

large eggs

tsp salt

GF & DF tortillas
1/4
cup GF salsa
1
cup frozen tater tots
1
large avocado
Directions
1.
heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
2.
add turkey & cumin
3.
cook 5-8 min until browned
4.
drain grease; reserve 1 tbsp in skillet
5.
whisk eggs & salt and add to skillet
6.
reduce heat to low
7.
scramble
8.
heat each tortilla in pan 1-2 min
9.
spread salsa down center of each tortilla
10.
fill tortilla
