Carmel Corn

Ingredients
3-4
qt popped corn
1
cup sugar
1/2
cup butter
1/4
cup plus 1 tsp. corn syrup (you can also substitute for Mrs. Butterworths syrup)
1/2
tsp salt
1/2
tsp baking soda
Directions
1.
Mix all of the ingredients together except for the baking soda and popcorn.
2.
Cook over medium heat until mixture bubbles.
3.
Stir for 5 minutes, continuously.
4.
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
5.
Pour mixture over popcorn and stir until popcorn is coated.
6.
Let cool before serving.
