Custard Pie

Ingredients
2
cups milk
1/3
cup sugar
3
eggs
1/8
tsp salt
1/8
tsp nutmeg
Pre-made pie crust
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 425.
2.
Scald milk.
3.
Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and salt.
4.
Stir constantly while adding the hot milk.
5.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
6.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
7.
Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and finish at 350 for 25 minutes.
