Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

cups pumpkin puree

cups milk
1
cup half and half
1
cup brown sugar
1
tbsp salt
6
tbsp cornstarch
1
cup white sugar
1
tsp baking powder
1
tsp cinnamon
1/4
tsp allspice
1/4
tsp ginger
3
eggs
Pre-made pie crust
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 450.
2.
Dissolve cornstarch in milk.
3.
Combine all ingredients and beat until thoroughly combined.
4.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
5.
Bake for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 375 and cook until mixture is set and the middle is just a little jiggly (inserted knife should come out clean).
