Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
Crust:

cups flour

tsp baking soda
1/2
tsp salt
2/3
cup butter, softened
1/2
cup sugar
2/3
cup brown sugar
1
egg
2
tsp vanilla
2
cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Filling:
8
oz cream cheese, softened
1/2
cup sugar
1
egg
1
tsp vanilla
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350.
2.
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt for crust.
4.
Cream together butter and sugars.
5.
Add egg and vanilla.
6.
Add flour mixture from above.
7.
Fold in chocolate chips.
8.
Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form an even layer.
9.
Combine filling ingredients and beat until blended.
10.
Spread filling over the cookie dough layer.
11.
Crumble remaining crust dough over the filling layer.
12.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the cheesecake has set and the cookie dough has browned.
13.
Allow to cool and completely chill before slicing.
