Raspberry Lemon Muffin

cup Butter, Melted

cup Sugar

cup Vanilla Yogurt

tsp Baking Powder

tsp Baking Soda
1/2
tsp Salt
Rind of one Lemon, grated
1 1/2
cups Dry Frozen Raspberries
Directions
1.
Mix eggs, butter, sugar, and yogurt
2.
Sift together dry ingredients
3.
Stir into egg mixture until well blended
4.
Gently fold in lemon and raspberries
5.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes
