No Fruit In My Salad By Andrea Hall

Fruit in a salad for me has always been a no-no, until the day I craved golden kiwi! This addition to my very traditional heirloom tomato salad made all the difference. The best time to enjoy this salad is when heirloom tomatoes are at their peak!

Ingredients
Medium bowl of red and green leaf lettuce pieces chopped in half
1
Medium avocado
2
medium heirloom tomatoes
1
golden kiwi
2
tsp of Everything but the bagel seasoning
1
tbsp spoon and a half of extra virgin olive oil
1
tbls of balsamic vinegar
Directions
1.
Slice tomatoes in wedges
2.
Slice kiwi in half the long way, then in 1 inch thick slices the short way for moon-like pieces
3.
Slice avocado into wedges
4.
Plate by adding the lettuce first then grouping the remaining fruit and vegetables alongside
5.
Sprinkle the seasoning on top and evoo and balsamic and enjoy!
