tortillas

cup cheese
extra vegetables you have on hand (bell pepper, onion, spinach, carrot)
chili powder
garlic salt
pepper
red pepper flakes
paprika
Directions
1.
add oil to skillet
2.
sauté veggies with seasoning until tender, set veggies aside in bowl
3.
assemble quesadilla in skillet and cook until golden on both sides
