Stovetop Chicken

Sadie's stovetop garlic chicken nuggets.

Ingredients

Chicken Tenderloins

cup Oil (Vegetable, Canola, or Olive)
1
tsp Minced Garlic
2
tsp Garlic Powder
1
tsp Garlic Salt
2
tsp Onion Powder
1
tsp Parsley
1
pinch of Pepper
1/3
cup Bread Crumbs
1
tbsp Butter
Directions
1.
Cut chicken tenderloins into bite-size pieces (i.e., Chicken Nuggets). If preferred, tenderloins can remain as full strips or cut into halves (i.e., Chicken Tenders).
2.
Place a medium-large skillet over medium-low heat. Melt butter in pan. Next, add minced garlic.
3.
Put cut up chicken into a medium bowl. Pour oil over chicken making sure all pieces are well covered.
4.
In a separate medium sized bowl, combine garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, parsley, pepper, and bread crumbs. Mix well. Combine with oil covered chicken. Make sure to evenly cover all pieces.
5.
Place half of the chicken in a medium-large size skillet. Wait about 5-7 minutes or when the chicken is visibly turning white on the bottom to flip. Cook other size for another 5-7 minutes. Flip a few more times to make sure they are fully cooked through (should appear white in center and golden on outside).
6.
Optional: place in air fryer at 350 degrees up to 5 minutes.
