Bacon Egg And Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

Slices of White Bread or 1 Hamburger Roll

Large Eggs
1/4
cup Sharp Cheddar or Mexican Blend Cheese
pinch Salt
pinch Pepper
3
slices of Bacon (make full pack)
1
Slice of Cheese (any type)
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.
Cover pan with aluminum foil. Place 1/2 pack of bacon slightly spread apart.
3.
Cook bacon 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven and place bacon on paper towel covered plate. Place another paper towel on top to remove excess grease.
4.
Next, melt butter in small frying pan on medium-low heat.
5.
Crack eggs in small bowl. Add salt and pepper, then whisk until fully combined.
6.
Pour egg mixture into pan. When bottom is slightly cooked (not liquid-y) sprinkle cheese evenly on egg.
7.
Optional: crush up a piece of bacon and sprinkle on egg.
8.
Let egg cook until top is no longer liquid (~3 minutes).
9.
While egg cooks, toast bread/roll until golden brown. Place cheese on warm roll so it melts.
10.
Flip egg and cook each side until golden brown. Divide into halves or fourths (depending on size).
11.
Place one slice of egg on cheese, then layer bacon strips and another slice of egg; finish with top bread slice.
