Banana Cream Cheese Cake Bars

An amazing Banana Cheese Cake that everyone will love!

Ingredients
1
(11 oz) box Nilla Wafers, crushed into crumbs (I used the food processor).
1/2
cup unsalted butter, melted.
2
cups heavy whipping cream.
1/2
cup sugar.
3
(8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened.
One, 3.4 oz. package INSTANT banana cream pudding mix.
Topping: 2 cups whipping cream and 1/2 cup sugar to make whipped topping for cheese cake bars.
Banana slices.
Directions
1.
Line a 9 x 9 baking dish with parchment paper.

Combine the Nilla Wafer crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl; mix well.
3.
Press mixture into prepared baking dish.
4.
Place in the refrigerator to chill.

Meantime, In a chilled bowl, using a hand-held mixer, whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add pudding mix and beat until combined. Fold in whipped cream placed in the fridge earlier, until smooth.
8.
Pour cream cheese filling evenly into the chilled crust.
9.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before cutting into squares, and garnishing with whipped cream and banana slices. Just before serving, whip the heavy whipping cream and sugar until stiff peaks form, for the topping.
