Butterscotch Cheesecake

cups crushed pretzels

cup powdered sugar

sticks melted butter

(8 oz) softened cream cheese

cups powdered sugar
1/2
pt real whipping cream
1
small box instant butterscotch pudding
1 1/2
cups milk
Directions

Crust:

cups crushed pretzels

cup powdered sugar

sticks melted butter

Mix and press the above ingredients into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool after baking.

Filling:

oz. softened cream cheese

cups powdered sugar

pint real whipping cream

Whip the whipping cream until smooth.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.

Pour mixture into baked/cooled crust and refrigerate.

Topping:

small box instant butterscotch pudding

cups milk

Mix and pour over cold cheesecake. ENJOY!
