Winter Macaroni Soup

Ingredients
1
lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
2
tsp onion powder
3
tsp minced garlic
4
cans (14.5 oz) beef broth
1
or 2 28 oz. cans diced tomatoes (personal preference)
1/2
cup ketchup
2
tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2
tbsp brown sugar
1
tsp Italian seasoning
2
cups dry macaroni
garlic salt/garlic pepper to taste
shredded cheese (any variety)-optional
Directions
1.
In a large saucepan/pot, add ground beef, garlic, and onion powder.
2.
Cook until beef is no longer pink, drain.
3.
Add beef broth, canned tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer 8-10 minutes.
4.
Add dry macaroni.
5.
Cook for 15 minutes, or until macaroni is done.
6.
Garnish with garlic salt/garlic pepper and shredded cheese. ENJOY!
