Crepes

Grandma Pearl Redding's recipe (Niki's mom) from when she took a cooking class at the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Paris, France.

Ingredients

eggs

tbsp flour
1
tbsp water
1
tbsp milk
1/4
tsp vanilla
Directions
1.
Beat eggs on high speed in medium bowl. Add flour, water, milk and vanilla. Beat until thoroughly mixed.
2.
Using a ladle pour one spoonful of batter onto a hot griddle already greased with butter. Flip once bottom of crepe is golden brown. Once both sides are cooked, fold in half and place on serving plate. Reapply a little butter on griddle and let it melt before cooking each crepe.
3.
Sprinkle with sugar and roll up to serve. Also may be served with fresh strawberries and a little whipped cream, instead of sugar.
