Truff Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

Pasta Shell

tbsp Olive Oil
1
lb Italian Sausage
2
cups Cottage Cheese
1/2
cup Parmesan
8
leaves Basil – chopped
3
cloves garlic – minced or pressed
1
egg
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bottle Truff Arrabbiata Sauce

cups mozzarella cheese.
Directions
1.
Boil water. Cook shells to al dente direction.
2.
Preheat oven to 350
3.
Coat pan with olive oil and brown Italian Sausage
4.
Mix Cottage Cheese, Parmesan, Basil, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Add Italian Sausage, mix.
5.
Pour ½ bottle of Truff Arrabbiata Sauce in large cast iron pan, spread.
6.
Top with mozzarella, rest of sauce and more mozzarella.
7.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
8.
Stuff shells with cheese/sausage mixture, place in rings around the pan.
