Spinach Dip

PACKAGE OF FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH - THAWED AND DRAINED
1
PACKAGE OF SOFTENED PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
1
PACKAGE OF SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK CHEESE (2 CUPS - DO NOT SUBSTITUTE ANY OTHER CHEESE)
1
MEDIUM SIZED TOMATO - CHOPPED
1/2
MEDIUM ONION (MORE OR LESS - DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU LIKE) PEELED AND DICED
1
tbsp OF CANNED DICED CHILIS
1/2
cup OF HALF AND HALF CREAMER
Directions
1.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
2.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER PLACE IN A 9" SQUARE BUTTERED BAKING DISH.
3.
PLACE IN THE OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES, STIR AND RETURN TO OVEN FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10-15 MINUTES UNTIL THE TOP BEGINS TO BROWN A LITTLE.
4.
SERVE WITH FRITO SCOOPS AND/OR PITA CHIPS. DOUBLE FOR AN EASY APPETIZER FOR A PARTY.
