Honey And Siracha Coated Airfryer Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
Ikg fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2
tbsp honey
1
tsp sriracha sauce
Salt to taste
Directions
1.
Start by parboiling the sprouts for 3-4 minutes in boiling water to take the heavy bite out of them. Drain and pat dry and put in the airfryer for 15 minutes at 190°C.
2.
Remove, pop into a bowl and add the honey, stirring well to ensure all the sprouts are well coated
3.
Pop them back into the airfryer for another 5-10 minutes until they start to brown.
4.
Transfer into a serving bowl and drizzle over the sriracha sauce and a grind of salt to taste.
5.
Serve as a side dish or on their own as a simple snack.
