Apple Butter Tenderloin

OH SO GOOD! We always serve this with mashed potatoes. So, use the drippings from the pork tenderloin and make a gravy to go on the potatoes and serve it up. -Karen Horsell

Ingredients

(1 1/2 lb) PORK TENDERLOINS
seasoning salt to taste
2
cups apple juice
1/2
cup apple butter
1/4
cup brown sugar
2
tbsp water
1/4
tsp ground cinnamon
1/4
tsp ground cloves
Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2.
season tenderloins with seasoning salt and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
3.
Pour apple juice over pork, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
4.
Mix apple butter, brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and cloves. 5. After an hour remove pork from the oven and spread apple butter mixture over them.
5.
Cover and return to the oven for 2 hours or until the pork is tender.
