Asian Pork Tenderloin

Serve with fried rice and asian salad.

Ingredients

pork tenderloin(about 1.75 lbs)
1/3
cup soy sauce
1
tbsp finely chopped Ginger
1
tbsp Garlic or shallots
1
green onion, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
1/4
cup wine (white is best but you can use red too)
1
tbsp brown sugar
Directions
1.
Mix all of marinade ingredients in a plastic zip lock bag.
2.
Put the tenderloin in the bag and marinate for at least 30 min (turn at 15 min to be sure it’s coated well).
3.
Set the grill to medium high.
4.
Cook the pork tenderloin –turning frequently until desired doneness (should take 20 –30 min).
