Slow Cooker Honey Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
1/2
cup soy sauce
1/2
cup honey
1/4
cup rice wine vinegar
1/2
onion, chopped
Pepper to taste
1
tsp ground ginger
4
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3
tbsp corn flour
1/4
cup water
Spring onion to taste
Sesame seeds to taste
Directions
1.
Mix soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, onion, garlic, pepper & ground ginger together in a small bowl & set aside.
2.
Oil the slow cooker & add the chicken breasts. Pour the sauce over the chicken, cover & cook on high for 3-4 hours.
3.
Remove & drain the chicken & set aside in a large bowl.
4.
Shred thoroughly with two forks.
5.
Transfer the leftover sauce into a saucepan & add water mixed with the corn flour. Reduce over a medium heat until thick.
6.
Add the chicken to the sauce & mix thoroughly.
7.
Serve over a bed of rice or noodles with spring onions and sesame seeds.
