Potato Soup Casserole

Ingredients
5/2
cups of white rice
16
oz of Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
16
oz of Mexican shredded cheese
3-10.5
oz cans of cream of potato soup
Directions
1.
Wash rice and fill in a pot with water just above your hand (lay hand flat on the rice)- bring to a boil and then put on low for 18-20 minuets until cooked and fluffy.
2.
Cook Breakfast Sausage- Season with garlic salt, onion salt, red pepper flakes, 1tsp of honey, ground pepper. SEASON WITH YOUR HEART (but about a pinch or two)
3.
Once cooked, add the sausage to the rice and add in the cans of soup.
4.
Mix and place into a casserole dish.
5.
Top with as much cheese as your heart desires.
6.
Bake at 425 for about 20 minuets until cheese is melted.
7.
Enjoy
