oz mild cheddar cheese

oz can tomato sauce

cups water

cup flour

tsp salt

tbsp minced onion

tsp garlic
Directions
1.
Roll cheese in fried corn tortillas and lay in baking dish.

Sauce: Mix tomato sauce, water, and flour in large sauce pan with a whisk. Turn on heat, add salt, onion, and garlic. Allow to boil, continue whisking for 5 minutes or until sauce appears thickened. Once thickened pour boiling sauce over rolled tortillas evenly. Allow to sit for 5 minutes or until cooled.
