Pepper Steak

Ingredients

lb chopped beef of sliced beef
1
bell pepper, chopped
1
tomato, chopped
1
tsp salt
1
tbsp onion
2
tsp garlic powder
1/2
cup soy sauce
3
cups water
Directions
1.
Brown the chopped beef, add salt, onion, garlic powder, soy sauce and water to pan.
2.
Boil on a medium heat for 30 minutes.
3.
Add chopped bell pepper and tomato and continue to boil or an additional 15 minutes.
4.
Serve over white rice.
