Chile Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
Mashed potatoes

Grilled Green Chile

oz Cheddar cheese
4-5
eggs
pinch of salt
Sauce:
1
can tomato sauce
2
cans water
1
tbsp flour
bit of Pace Picante
pinch of celery salt
Directions
1.
Spray backing pan.
2.
Layer of cheese, layer of chile, layer potatoes, repeat.
3.
Whip eggs whites, then add egg yolks and salt, mix. Then pour eggs over casserole.
4.
Sauce: on medium heat, add tomato sauce to water, flour, Pace picante and celery salt. Whisk till thick.
5.
Bake at 350 for 20 mintues.
