cup Green Pepper (Chopped)

cup Onion (Chopped)
Directions

Combined Mayo, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper in bowl and mix well. Chill

Combined macaroni, celery, green pepper, onion and sauce.
3.
Cover and chill!
