Kee Kee's Eggrolls

Ingredients
1
lb of ground turkey
1
bag of shredded cabbage with carrots
1
pack of spinach (optional)
Half of yellow onion sliced and diced thinly
1
tbp soy sauce
1
tsp garlic powder
1
tsp salt
1
tsp pepper
1
tsp onion powder
1
egg beaten (optional)
Sesame oil or liquid aminos
Vegetable oil
Eggroll wraps
Directions
1.
In a pan, cook the ground turkey. Drain.
2.
In a separate pan, combine the cabbage with carrots, onions, soy sauce, and seasonings and use sesame oil or liquid aminos to sauté.
3.
Combine meat and vegetable mixture in a bowl and let cool.
4.
Take a eggroll wrap, place 1-2 spoonfuls of the mixture onto the wrap.
5.
To roll the eggrolls, take one corner and pull it to the middle and start rolling.
6.
When you get to the middle, bring both corners on the sides inward, and continue to roll.
7.
Seal the last corner with the beaten egg mixture or water to seal close.
8.
Place in vegetable oil and fry on each side until golden brown
9.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel to drain.
10.
Enjoy!
