Seafood Fettucine (Shrimp Or Crawfish)

Ingredients

lb crawfish tails or small shrimp
1/2
green pepper, finely chopped
1
onion, finely chopped
1
rib of celery, finely chopped
2
tbsp Cajun seasoning
1
stick of butter
1/2
block Velveeta cheese (regular or jalapeno)
3
pods of garlic, finely chopped
1/2
cup dried parsley
1/2
cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2
cup Half & Half
12
oz Fettucine Noodles
Directions
1.
Cook Fettucine Noodles.
2.
Sauté all vegetables in butter for 20 minutes. Add seasonings and soup. Simmer 5 minutes.
3.
Add seafood. Sauté 3-5 minutes.
4.
Add cream and cheese chunks, slowly.
5.
Add mixture to cooked and drained noodles.
6.
Stir in parsley and parmesan cheese. Put in 2 quart casserole dish.
7.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
