Meatloaf With Mac & Cheese And Green Beans

Ingredients
1
 ½ pounds ground beef
1
egg
1
onion, chopped
1
cup dried bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
2
tbsp brown sugar
2
tbsp prepared mustard
1/3
cup ketchup
MAC& CHEESE***
1
bag of macaroni noodles
1
block of Velveeta Cheese
1
stick of butter
1
cup of milk
salt and pepper
1/2
tsp of sugar
GREEN BEANS***
5
strips of bacon
1
onion diced
1
tbsp of minced garlic
1
package of fresh green beans
1/2
cup of cooking oil
onion powder
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.
In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

MAC & CHEESE***

Boil macaroni and 1/2 stick of butter until tender
7.
Melt milk and cheese together in a pot
8.
Once macaroni is done pour cheese mixture in with noodles
9.
Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste

GREEN BEANS***
11.
Cut both ends of each green bean and wash in warm water
12.
Cook bacon and drain.
13.
Pour cooking oil in the bottom of a casserole or baking dish
14.
Layer green beans, bacon, garlic, and onions in dish
15.
Add salt and pepper and onion powder
16.
Pour bacon grease over green beans, cover with foil paper
17.
Cook on 400 degrees until green beans are tender
18.
Once cooked crumble bacon pieces over dish and serve
