7 Up / Lemon Lime Cake, Courtesy Of Karen Mosley

It is my family's favorite all year around. I also make them in individual minis.

Ingredients
CAKE

box of yellow cake mix
1
small box of instant lemon pudding (4 oz )
1
cup of 7 up or Sprite soda
4
Eggs
3/4
cup of oil
ICING
2
cups of confectioners’ sugar
1
tbsp of lemon juice
1-2
tbsp milk
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325F degrees. Spray 10-inch bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray (that has flour in it) or grease and flour bundt pan.
2.
In a medium bowl, combine all the cake ingredients (cake mix, pudding, 7up, eggs and oil).
3.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
4.
Pour batter into bundt pan.
5.
Bake for about 35-45 minutes (until inserted toothpick or fork comes out clean). Allow to cool completely, then remove from bundt pan.
6.
Start preparing icing. In a small bowl, combine sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest.
7.
Add milk in slowly until you've reached desired consistency.
8.
Pour icing over cake and serve.
